Product Feature
1. Laser welding can be achieve spot welding, butt welding, stack welding, sealing welding,etc for thin-walled materials, precision parts.
2. Laser power is huge, weld joint has a high aspect ratio, heat affected area is small, small deformation, welding speed fast.
3. Welding joint quality is high and flat appearance, no pores.After welding,the material toughness at least equivalent to the parent material.
4. With two-dimensional cross table, also optional rotation and Z-axis to achieve four-axis linkage, can welding cylindrical and various types products.
5. Software using windows interface, apply CNC2000 software, modular design, programming fast and convenient.
